VisionSky Corp. has announced a consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each fifteen (15) existing common shares. Fractional shares will be cancelled. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 1,151,286 common shares.
The effective date for the consolidation is December 29, 2010. The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Thursday December 23, 2010.
Open orders for VisionSky Corp will be purged from the trading system at the close of business on December 22, 2010. CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
The common shares of VisionSky have been assigned a new CUSIP number, 92833V200. The trading symbol will remain "VKY"
